Description

To protect and restore your roof with an energy-efficient system with the highest R-value per inch of any insulation.

The first step in any polyurethane foam application is to determine if the substrate (what we are applying it to) is suitable for SPF.

SPF can be installed to a variety of substrates, including asphalt, concrete, metal, wood and others.

Once the substrate is clean and dry it is ready to accept SPF.

SPF will be applied to a thickness that varies due to the roof design and the desired R-value.

The final step is to apply an elastomeric coating over the foam. This will protect the SPF from the sun’s UV rays.

The 3 types of coating we use are Acrylic, Polyurethane and Silicone– each with their own pros and cons.

There are multiple considerations involving the type of coating to be used– these are based on location, weather, roof design, color and chemical resistance to name a few.

** An additional service we provide is sealing around the bases of grain bins and metal buildings where other products have failed to remain flexible using this system.

The benefit is that this process not only stops water infiltration but can help control rodent and insect mitigation.

*Warranties available on both material and workmanship.
